"The accommodation was in a beautiful tranquil setting. We really felt that we had a relaxing break in Celerico de Basto. Lovely pool and even a little lake to row a boat on much to the delight of the children. The kitchen was a slightly strange set up but we soon got used to cooking on the BBQ . "What a wonderful place to stay. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house, we didn’t want for anything and the gentlemen who owns the villa was positively charming. He took so much pride in showing us around and letting us pick fruit from the orchard. The pool was wonderful and a lovely temperature. "We had a wonderful time in Silvia's villa! the location is perfectly situated close to the beaches, Porto, and the lovely town of Viana do Castello. The villa itself has everything you could want, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, games for kids, a pool table, and lots of social spaces. We had a chef come and cook a special dinner one of the nights and the kitchen was very well equipped! We loved our time there and will definitely return!"

"Lovely place to stay on the edge of the National Park. We were here for 3 nights to explore the National Park. It was a lovely place to explore. Didn't use the house much to be honest, as we were out walking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. Shower was nice and warm.
