Bolingbrook stayPosted 25/11/2013
Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: Shock the hot tub during the night so people can enjoy it during the day
Everything was nice. The hot tube must have just been shocked as we could not stand it in there as it burned our eyes but that did not dampen our stay. Hotel was nice and would stay there again

Met all expectations. Would recommend to friends.Posted 28/10/2013
Pros: Everything was to the standard as it was advertised. It was worth what i paid for.
Cons: Better ventilation in the pool/hot tub room. It was hard to breathe in there with the humidity.
Location: We only had time to go to one restaurant nearby, but it was very close, and well priced.
I was very pleased with our experience there. As a traveling hockey team, we found the accommodations more than adequate and they met all of our expectations.

Nice hotel for the money.Posted 23/10/2013
Staff was great, set us up with late check with no penalties. Breakfast buffet was great. My daughter stayed in the pool which was a little run down. Overall good hotel.

First room smelled musty. We were given a second room that smelled a bit of smoke, but I'm sensitive to that smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was average in comfort.

I booked smoking rooms but when we got to the hotel there were no smoking rooms left so we had to settle for the non smoking ones. The swimming pool was a bit small. We slept very well and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Overall good experiencePosted 22/08/2013
To cut the long story short, Hotel overall was good, clean room, nice upfront parking, plenty of soft white room lights, which I love. A little curt front person on duty with almost no smile and little less range in breakfast were the downsides.

The room was excellent and overall experience top-notch! Just one suggestion: The complimentary breakfast area was congested at the area of the waffle maker and some guests held up the line while waiting for their waffles, some guests making more than one serving. Perhaps the bagels, muffins, or those types of breakfast items could be placed in a different area so there is less congestion and the waffle maker could be in a place by itself. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and we would certainly come back again.

Merely adequatePosted 05/08/2013
Pros: Very close to I-55
Fine for a one-night stay. More than that would be uncomfortable. Probably could find better value for the money spent.

Pleasantly surprised!Posted 04/08/2013
Pros: Not far from our destination in Chicago.
Cons: The toilet needs some adjustment, but nothing serious.
Location: The area is mostly commercial and a business setting, but there are residential homes also in the area. Restaurants and things to do close by.
We enjoyed our stay in the Chicago area. The hotel was very nice and a great value at only $79.00 per night with our deal through Expedia. Short drive to U.S. Cellular Field for the baseball game. Room was comfortable, the beds were very nice. The hotel staff were very nice and treated us nicely. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and to those I do not know. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the La Quinta Inn and Suites in Bolingbrook, IL.
