“good base to explore”

good friendly staff and good location for exploring Interlaken. A good tourist hotel.

“No swimming pools”

Lovely rooms and great breakfast. But guests should be aware the three advertised pools within 'property amenities' are located a fifteen minute walk away in the town. (And one of these was closed for refurbishment - in mid- August.)
