“VERY DISAPPOINTED”

VERY DISAPPONTED . We arrived late at night with our two kids to find a dirty room that we actually slept there with our clothes still on.Stains all over carpet. We checked out the next morning and was willing to lose the cost of the next night and found a new hotel. THE HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND THE SECOND NIGHT

“dingy smelly East LA abode”

Smelly rooms, it was hard to breath. No breakfast. They didnt have the room with double beds that we booked.
