“Very clean and nice hote.”

Very nice room and staff were very helpful. I did not spend time outisde of hotel so can not say too much about neighborhood. Recommend.

“Great hotel, service not so good.”

I only spent one night in the hotel. Unfortunately, my sister broke her arm and we were delayed with our checking in to the hotel, however, a colleague called earlier in the day to confirm the room. The room had been paid for fully in advance also. Once we arrived to check in, they claimed it wasn't confirmed. It took nearly a half an hour to get our room and have it confirmed. It's not fun standing at the desk for such a length of time after spending the day in the hospital. Plus, I'm not sure if we wouldn't have had a friend who spoke the language if we would have gotten a room. Mainly, it didn't feel very welcoming. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable.
