“wonderfull service”

all staff were keen to help, the food was great, and a fantastic large bowl of sweets near the elevator that was utilised many times a day :) Remember the rooms with the tinted windows overlooking the Plaza are not so tinted with your lights on, I fear that Barcelona may have seen more of me than we all expected

“Great Six Nights in Barcelona!”

The hotel could not be more accomodating. We checked in and were given a beautiful room over- looking the plaza. However during our first quick nap we were awakened by the vibes of very loud music. It was Barcelona's biggest festival and they wanted to PARTY! The hotel staff immediately changed us to a quiet room with a vista of lovely old architecture which was illuminated at night. We were surprised by the hotel's generous gift of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our 45th anniversary. A most memorable and meaningful stay!

“Great location, great service”

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpfull. Room was very modern and extremely clean. Position of Hotel was around the corner from La Rambla, which is the hub of Barcelona city, and very cosmopolitan. Extremely close to all the shopping venues as well. Would definitely stay again in this Hotel. Hop-on, hop-off bus is a 2 minute walk away for sightseeing.

“Perfect Location!”

Olivia Plaza was fantastic! Perfect location for everything in Barcelona. We stayed only one night after coming back from a weeks cruise and wish we had stayed longer. One minute walk to La Ramblas, Hop on Hop off bus right across the street. Metro station also less than a minute walk. Our room was great, big comfortable bed, clean and beautiful view of the square day and night! All of the hotel staff very helpful, front desk and bellmen. We will stay here on our next visit and will recommend this hotel to friends. The only thing we were not happy with was the air conditioning, the halogen lights gave off a lot of heat and the air conditioner was difficult to regulate. Overall we had a fantastic time!

“Excellent hotel, in a great location”

This hotel was wonderful. Very modern. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very clean and confrotable, as was the rest of the hotel. The location is great for seeing all the major sights, with metro, train and bus very close. We had a great stay, couldn't recommend this hotel more!

“Great place to stay (location and quality of hotel)”

The hotel is in a great location. The airport bus stops at the square the hotel is on. The open top tourist buses also leave from the same square. There are places to eat and drink near by (eg right outside the front door!) and the hotel does great breakfast and room service. The rooms were very modern, clean and well serviced. The staff were excellent. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone going to Barcelona. One of the best hotels we stayed in around the world!

Central Location, Hard Rock Cafe two door away. Taxie stand close by The hotel was great but breakfast was very expensive and not worth the money. Eat Out!!

“One of the best!”

The Olivia Plaza room was one of the most beautiful and modern of anyplace I've stayed. The staff was always friendly and exceptionally helpful. The WiFi in my room was fast and seamless. The location is central everything. I would recommend the Oliva to anyone.
