“Great Place to stay”
Loved this hotel. Great place to stay if getting the ferry from Bilbao so handy for the port being less than 10 min drive. Hotel was modern, clean and the hotel staff friendly. Bathrooms are a wonder to behold and what a treat to have a separate shower and bath. Fantastic secure parking although a small charge is made for this which was unexpected although well worth the money. Food in the bar and room service very nice and good value for the price. Will definitely stay there again when passing through Bilbao.
“really nice hotel”
everything was perfect,supprisingly even breakfast was excellent. Only one thing wasn't perfect it is car park you have to pay 15 euro per night.
“Novotel never lets me down”
Excellent location for return ferry to Portsmouth. Parking on site-excellent. The staff were very helpful and patient and happy to fulfil extra requests.e.g. freezing my ice packs overnight to keep my insulin cold.Map provided for route to ferry- perfect.
“Great Hotel for Ferry crossing.”
Used this lovely Hotel in preparation for the ferry trip to Porstmouth the following morning. The room was a good size with a clean and well furnished shower/bathroom. The underground car park had a €15 charge but it was good to know our fully packed car was safe overnight.
“Really impressed”
Arrived early evening and made to feel so welcome great bar opposite for wine/beer/tapas in fact we went there every night after long days walking roung Bilboa. Rooms clean and big and great bathroom and the breakfast was so good all tastes catered for. Easy to get from there into Bilboa a few minutes walk to metro just buy a 15euro ticket lasts forever. Plenty to do in Bilbao too much to mention but do eat at the Guggenheim after viewing art.
“Ideal for business but far away from city center”
This hitel is very well maintained and close to exhibition center as well as major shopping center. Unfortunately it is a bit of walk to the metro
“Good for ferry”
Stayed at this hotel as a 2 night stop before catching ferry (approx 10-15mins away).Nice modern hotel with quiet clean rooms, safe parking underground. Only gripe was the pool wasn't open and unless your a multi millionaire on a diet eat elsewhere.Would definitley use again if catching ferry

Ideal Hotel for business purpose
“Convenient hotel close to port”
We found the hotel easily by following the Exhibition centre signs, however there was no signposting to the carpark and we spent quite a bit of time trying to work out the one way system in order to access it. There were other carparks around which were probably cheaper, but we paid the hotel rate because the carpark was onsite and secure. We liked the hotel and appreciated the chance to use the computer to check email and confirm our travel details. Our room was good, especially the bathroom however the chidlren had to share a queensize bed which was a too narrow for them. My younger son ended up sleeping on the floor which was not ideal. We did not try the food or the hotel bar. There were lots shops and places to eat nearby. Overall we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Arrived at weekend, no restaurant available leaving early and no breakfast before 0800, not happy
