“"Bliss"”
A truely remarkable resort, worthy of the 5 star catergory. We stayed 6 nights in a onebedroom villa (36) and it was heavenly except that the aircon was way too noisy at night - not good for sleeping - so we turned it off and felt hot in bed. The staff and service was outstanding and it was hard to recommend anyone in particular because they were all super friendly and would do anything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Buffet breakfast (included in our package) was excellent and 2 mornings we had it in our villa and they set it up once in room and second time by our pool was very relaxing not having to rush and get ready - a nice start to our day. We would definately come back to W Bali and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Bali to stay here. Seminyak is a nice area to stay in, it felt safe and we were not pestered on the streets as much as when we were in Kuta or Legian. I believe W Bali to be the nicest resort hotel in Bali and was very happy that my husband and I chose to stay there.
“Perfection”
I have travelled high and wide. Best service of any hotel I have stayed with. We will definately be back. The architecture and design is so special. You will be surprised with treats all the time, from free massage by the pool, to refreshing drinks and mist sprays by the pool. You won't be disappointed
“Fantastic hotel”
This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. we stayed in a pool villa and the pool was much bigger than expected. The room was beautifully decorated. The food was expensive but very good.
“Wonderful W”
We stayed for 5 nights in an ocean facing room (532) -upgraded without asking from a garden view -this was great. We were not sure about booking a new hotel and we have never stayed in a W hotel. We found the room wonderful - large room and bathroom all Bliss products (fantastic). Attention to detail of the decor everywhere was amazing - lots to see all the time. The view of the resort pool and beach was great. All the different toilets on the property are a must see -no, really. Our breakfast was included in the room rate and we ate everyday, chose our cup from the wall, ate everything in sight, spoke to the Head Chef (Scottish) - great guy. I think you have to be exceptionally picky if you did not like the food. Having read the other reviews, I am sorry they had problems. We did not stay in a villa, however. The only problem we had in the room was that the airconditioner was cold, but then we like sleeping in a cool room. We had water bottles everyday (4 in fact). We used the gym for 3 days and it was good - all new. We both did a spa experience and both really enjoyed that. We ate out for dinner except for the last night where we ate at StarfishBloo and had the tasting menu - we loved it and I didn't expect to pay a cheap price, but compared to other tasting menus (in Australia) it was reasonable and we sat in one of the elevated "lobster cages" facing the ocean and had a wonderful time. We will go back here and other Ws - maybe the villa probs will be fixed.

“Everything was Superb!”
Everything about the W Hotel was fantastic - from the service, food, quality of the room and hotel facilities! We cannot fault any of it, we stayed in a One Bedroom Pool Villa and used the Spa and all of the restaurants and bars in the hotel during our stay and would rate all of them superb. We are already looking to visit the hotel and Bali again later this year.
“Heaven on earth!!!”
Hotel was amazing!!! Extremely relaxing vibe. Surroundings perfect. We were only there for 4 nights but felt completely at ease from the onset. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending it and would return in a heart beat. The photos on the website do no do it justice. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the structure of the hotel and it is the little things which make it so great. It is also apparent that Management keeps a tight reign on the running of it. The attention to detail was not lost on us. Loved every single minute staying at this gorgeous hotel.

This hotel/villa meet our expectations and so much more. The staff were great, the hotel was beautiful and the food was fantastic. We stayed in a villa, as we wanted the privacy of a villa but wanted hotel facilities and it was exactly what we got. Everything was still lovely and new. We can't wait to go back. We loved the W experience.....
