“Peaceful sanctuary within the rush outside”
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and good service - always ready to assist so make the most of the services available. Spa expensive but great service with lots of smiley faces and chatting.Local restaurants greta but moving about on foot is challenging - use taxis for every journy as they are very cheap. All round perfect rest within the private villa areas.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know. This stay was like a breath of fresh air.
“Stylish place, private plunge pools, excellent staff”
Excellent place with great, personal service. The villas are done to a very high standard each with its own private plunge pool. Breakfast was included in our rate, and we could choose to eat at the restaurant or to have it laid out in our villa each morning. As of May 2010, the W Hotel is building a new property next door which caused some construction noise but it wasn't too bad. Design of the main building, spa and villas was modern, clean and very well done. Wifi was hit and miss. VERY comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were spacious and very well designed.
“Lovely quiet secluded villa”
The hotel was immaculate, well presented and maintained. Staff were very obliging with any requests including lifts to restaurants, reservations and request. Breakfast was a la carte but included and good. Villa was secluded and private.
“Amazing!”
It was amazing. A secluded setting once you locked the doors of your villa. We had the pool villa and it is well worth it. We also requested a villa in the middle of the resort as then it is away from the laneway which runs up to W resort and you don't hear the traffic.
