Our stay was fantastic! The staff were lovely and very accommodating and we were upgraded to a suite for free! Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from too..We will definately be back!

our rooms were fantastic, location fantastic, staff fantastic. Only 1 problem the hotel is basically closed after midnight or so. We had some very noisy guys who were quite loud and using foul language at 4 am (obviously drunk) We tried calling every contact number at the hotel (Reception, House keeping etc) but failed to speak to anyone, so we had to put up with the noise for the next 2 hours. Hate to think if there was a major emergency what would happen. Late checkout was expensive. The wanted more for 5 hours than we paid for the night.

Nice clean smiling people. Well located 5 min walking from the beach. Upgrade after staying 3 nights stay to the studio section for 30% cheaper.

“The Haven”

Overall, the hotel is great. Perfect location with 5 minute walk to beach and easy walk or taxi to restaurants etc. in Seminyak. Good pool; small but clean and decent fitness room. The thing that really set this hotel apart from others I've stayed at in Bali is the friendliness and service of the staff. There's a sign on the checkin counter that publicly states their values and how customer-focused they are. They really mean it. Literally every single person I encountered during my stay there always smiled and said hello, asked how I was doing, etc. My only concern about the hotel is the physical structure. It seems to be a very new hotel, but there are huge cracks in the concrete walls that they appeared to be patching/fixing. Given that earthquakes are not uncommon around Indonesia, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd feel in that particular building during an earthquake. Despite that, I'd definitely still stay here again on my next visit.

A beautiful hotel ,i would stay there again but next time i would stay in a villa,they are amazing. They staff could not do enough for you.Food was great. Its a very quite hotel, very relaxing.The only think i would say is, it is child friendy but not like another hotel that do carter for kids.I would highy recommend this hotel for sure.
