“The Haven”

Overall, the hotel is great. Perfect location with 5 minute walk to beach and easy walk or taxi to restaurants etc. in Seminyak. Good pool; small but clean and decent fitness room. The thing that really set this hotel apart from others I've stayed at in Bali is the friendliness and service of the staff. There's a sign on the checkin counter that publicly states their values and how customer-focused they are. They really mean it. Literally every single person I encountered during my stay there always smiled and said hello, asked how I was doing, etc. My only concern about the hotel is the physical structure. It seems to be a very new hotel, but there are huge cracks in the concrete walls that they appeared to be patching/fixing. Given that earthquakes are not uncommon around Indonesia, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd feel in that particular building during an earthquake. Despite that, I'd definitely still stay here again on my next visit.

“Try It”

Nice clean smiling people. Well located 5 min walking from the beach. Upgrade after staying 3 nights stay to the studio section for 30% cheaper.

“Highy recommend The Haven”

A beautiful hotel ,i would stay there again but next time i would stay in a villa,they are amazing. They staff could not do enough for you.Food was great. Its a very quite hotel, very relaxing.The only think i would say is, it is child friendy but not like another hotel that do carter for kids.I would highy recommend this hotel for sure.

When to go

Potato Head for dinner or just for drinks.Amazing place go for sunset, Cocoon same as potato head. Chilli for reflexology but you need to book.

“Haven in the heart”

The Haven is strategically placed in the middle of everything in Seminyak. Great food, shopping, cheap massages, chill beach bars and a trendy vibe. The rooms are clean, comfy and larger than most in the area. Skip Kuta and get to Seminyak.

Be sure to chill at Ku-De-Ta and try the local warungs for tasty eats.

“Did Not Meet Expectations”

Quality and overall condition of the hotel is not as published in marketing photos. It looked like a really posh hotel but once checked in the quality of the room is not impressive. We arrived half past 3:00PM and check-in is supposed to be at 2:00PM and yet our room wasn't ready - they had to give us a temporary room while they prepare ours! Not convenient - especially when you're tired and would want to rest and get on with tour plans. The bar / resto at the lobby is cool with great music - but that's about it.

Area recommendations

I suggest Legian. The place is much more quiet and still close to the beach. The Haven is not a beachfront hotel. Will definitely stay at Legian next time.

“i so cant wait to go back”

the haven was eveything & more i could of asked totally clean friendly love the king beds comfortable plus bathrooms beautiful this is where you will find me ive been going to bail for years & tryed many places i belive the haven has hit the mark :)) i belive its in the best area right in the midd of seminkya & kuta 7 mins walk to beach :))))))))))))))
