“Highly recommend!”
Loved the hotel, would recommend to couples, student, business travellers. Was good value for money. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
“Fantastic Choice!”
Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful modern hotel. Great location to wander up towards Legian and Seminyak restaurants. Breakfast selection was amazing and fruit "shots" heavenly and healthy! Free WiFi worked well in room and all other areas of the hotel. Infinity Pool was a treat and my favourite place. Staff were attentative and helpful. **Tip to guests is to ask taxis to drop you at the end of Garlic Lane and walk to the hotel because Melasti is one way which means to get to entry you have to go around the block and at times this gets congested.
“Brand new hotel”
Brand new hotel, huge, modern rooms. Huge bathroom with shower and bath. Great location close to everything.Was only there one night but thought it was great. Little extras in the room like scales, weights, yoga mat and skipping rope that i thought were great luxuries to have in the room.
“Nice, comfortable and friendly.”
The hotel started functioning just 6 months ago. The staff are green and thus friendly though not knowledgeable about locality and tourist spots.
“Nice, Modern Hotel”
This hotel only opened at the start of 2011 so it is still handling some hiccups (including technical difficulties!), but overall the experience was good enough that we'd go back. ADVANTAGES: *Wide selection for buffet breakfast *Comfortable beds - such soft pillows *Clean, modern atmosphere - however this is also a kind of disadvantage as you don't really get the true "Bali" feel DISADVANTAGES: *The biggest had to be the banana chairs at the pool! They are not adjustable and set in the one upright position - which is not good if you are looking at getting some sun *Slow/confusing service from hotel staff - I guess this is because the staff is new and don't really know how to handle guest complaints/questions
“Nice, but the location is awful.”
Very pleasant room, hotel not yet finished so a lot of services were not available and there were still areas that were obviously construction sites. Breakfast was very basic. Location overlooking the beach is lovely - but transportation is a nightmare... from start of Jalan Legian to the hotel took 45 minutes - both days I was there. Some staff were very pleasant and chatty.
“Beautiful Hotel, front desk staff need more training”
The hotel is newly opened and really beautiful. The rooms are lovely with lots of space and the most comfortable beds ever! Unfortunately the only downside to my stay was the unhelpful front desk staff. Majority of them were still on training but even the ones that weren't were not overly helpful. Hopefully within the year they are all trained up and the hotel is running more smoothly as it is in a great location. The food and beverage staff were amazing. They were prompt, friendly and totally on the ball with everything.
