“extremely impressed - certain to go back”

It was a great stay , great villa was really clean.Staff was really cooperative free drop to nearby places saved us lot of time.i really hope to be back on this property again.

“Great Service”

Took a little warming up, but the service was great. Shuttle service around the nearby areas saved a lot of time and sweat in 30+ degree weather. Villa Manager did a great job to make sure our stay was comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped with all the tour bookings and much of the transportation. We had a major payment fiasco with a tour operator and he straightened the situation so that we didn't need to cancel our tour. Room service was prompt and courteous. They even fixed a ripped seam in my board shorts! Inclusive daily breakfast was always fresh with plenty of food. My personal favorite was the traditional Balinese style. Maybe a bit too sweet for others, but was spot on for me. I wished they had more Rambutan in the their fruit platters, but it might have been the wrong season. Lunch and dinner were fair. The price vs quality was too high in my opinion. The inclusive BBQ was great and more than either of us could have eaten. The grilled seafood hit the spot, complemented with a good mix of cool vegetables. Accommodations were everything I had expected from a villa. Plenty of space for 4 (only two of us stayed) with two floors and all private. We used our private villa pool everyday to cool down and relax. All solid hardwood furnishings with good a/c for closed areas. Very tasteful designed villa with modern furnishings. Loved the intermingling of living spaces with nature. Easily could've been my primary home.
