“Clean rooms and excellent service staff”

Stayed 2 nights at the deluxe villa and everything is in order. Extremely spacious room and the bathroom comes with a bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful during my solo travel and even offered a late check out for me at no additional cost :) Food at the restaurant was lovely espcially the gado-gado and guests get 10% off full menu. However, wi-fi is not available in the room which poses a problem for me to only get stuck by the recept. Overall, I will consider getting back there since yoga is available just 2 mins walk away, SeminyakSquare in 7mins by taxi too.

“Loved the alfresco bathroom”

The rooms were quite simple but very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and happy to please. My wife and I had a very pleasurable time, and would stay here again next time in seminyak.

“Bali Ayu Experience”

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent driver (Tony). Bathroom was only disappointment, could be cleaner, hot water was great though. All round 3 star hotel. It was quite comfortable and would return. Missed tea, coffee making facilities in the room. Also no free toiletries or hair dryer, glad I knew this before I went.

“Great value for money”

We stayed in a 1 br Villa with a private pool & would recommend it to anyone. We brought our 3 month old with us & they set up a cot etc free of charge. The room was comfortable & the pool was very clean. The staff were very friendly & service was excellent. The bar at the front was a nice place to have a drink but the food was basic.

“Basic but ok”

Don't bother with standard accommodation unless you are travelling on a very tight budget. Myself & my 17yr old daughter were booked into the standard room & I upgraded to superior prior to our arrival which I'm glad I did as the standard are just that standard. The superior rooms which are on the 2nd level are good except our room did not have a hot/cold shower just a cold shower in the outdoor bathroom, the bath which was hot/cold did have a handheld shower head, not good though when washing long hair. We asked for a further upgrade after 2 nights & ended up downstairs, apparently downstairs are deluxe rooms which was just lovely with an outdoor bathroom with hot/cold shower. Rooms are nice but no kettle etc to make a drink. The room was cleaned everyday but I don't believe fresh sheets were placed on the bed. The breakfast was basic but ok & the restaurant is directly on the street with the so called Aussie bar. This place is definatley what you pay for basic & cheap. The staff were friendly & helpful. We stayed in Ubud Villas prior to coming to Bali Ayu & in comparison Ubud is now 10 out of 10

“not happy”

hotel was not what we expected,looked nothing like the brochures,the buffet breakfast was very plain and tastles,the reception staff were not very freindly and we had $900 dollars stolen out of the safety deposit box.We tryed to see the owner or manager,but kept getting brushed off.the loss of $900 really spoilt our holiday.We are still in the process of getting legal help agains the hotel as we felt they didnt care.
