“Great hotel in the heart of downtown”

A terrific place to stay. Location is excellent -- in the heart of downtown with lots of restaurants and services. The room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and very functional and aesthetically pleasing. My room, as many, had a nice view on a high floor and was very quiet. The staff was helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was bit soft for my taste, but other than that, it was perfect. Well done, Crowne Plaza!

“Loved it”

From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were amazing. We paid the extra and stayed in the Club room,it was well worth it. Most enjoyable weekend we will definitly be back.

“Great staff. Went beyond normal day duties”

As I was by myself with 3children staff were great in helping me plan activities and showing me the most convenient way on public transport. Suggested eating places for children. We had a fantastic time helped by thoutful staff

The service was fantastic- truly went above and beyond for us. They are so friendly and helpful. The location is ideal! The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable.

“Piecefull room - Spacious and very confortable bed”

Very good service, huge room and extremelly confortable bed! Pillows were all too high, I would recomend having an extra flat pilow.The only incovenience was some constructions being done in the front door (March 2012) so it was a bit difficult to park near the hotel. However, the noise didnt affect the room which was confortable, spacious and silent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was large with comfortable, bed, and bed sheets. security was very good, you have to swipe your room card for the elevator to run. it was near restuarants, buses, and the port where we board the CRuise Ship. but there was no Hotel transport to the airport nor the ports, they have to get services from outside.

“Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Value”

We booked our rooms with twin beds. When we arrived, we had 2 queen beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge. The location was great and the people were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Because we had a late departure, the hotel gave us a late check-out and then kept our luggage in a secure place until the shuttle bus picked us up to go to the airport.

“Best hotel of the trip.”

As it took 3 days to arrive in Auckland New Zealand and we missed our first nights stay, we were delighted to find they upgraded us to a concierge floor. I cannot tell you how wonderful they were.

“Great location”

Just around the corner from the Sky Tower and an easy walk to Queen Street. Rooms where quite big and very comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to arrange a late check out and also a taxi shuttle to the airport. Would definitely consider staying there again

“love this hotel”

Loved this hotel, we had the best nights sleep, so quiet, no noise from doors banging in the morning from other guests. Right in the middle of Auckland within walking distance to all if the attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.
