"My wife and I recently stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better for us; it was convenient to get around the city. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering all the amenities included. Speaking of amenities, where do I start? The room was comfortable and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary alcoholic beverages during happy hour, and the free food was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the fact that it was included made it even better. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional service. The front desk staff were not only friendly but also knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One minor issue we encountered was with the valet parking. We noticed our car door was left open, which was concerning. However, upon bringing it to their attention, they addressed the matter promptly. Overall, our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cleveland and will definitely be returning ourselves in the future."
