My only complaint was that on their website they say there are two ancient Roman temples on their property. Guess what? They won't let you see them.
I missed breakfast but the room is in what felt like the basement (on one side it opens to the garden) and seemed sort of depressing. That said, it was rainy and overcast during my visit -- it might brighten up with the weather.
You can't beat the location for seeing this area -- it is in walking distance of many sites and the museum, as well as the train station.
The staff was helpful, but beware there is a flight of stairs up from the driveway to check in and there's no one to carry your bag(s) but you.

Only a 30 minute train ride from Rome! Had a beautiful Tuscan feel to it. Besides one other guest we were the only ones there. A beautiful large country estate, with large bedrooms and bathrooms! Largest we had while in Italy. The staff was very sweet and tried to be as helpful as they could, seeing we don't speak Italian! They grow their own vegetables, fruits, olives, and grapes for wine. Their grapes and olives are processed for bottling elsewhere, so it is not technically a vineyard, but still so fun. We wandered all over the property, exploring the grounds and old buildings. Great fun! There is also another estate near by that has a restaurant they took us to which was great.
Tip: they do provide free shuttle service to and from the train station between 9a.m. and I believe 9:00 p.m. but if you need a lift any other time they charge 10,00 euros each time. It was very nice of them to provide, but a little pricey because we didn't have a car and it was our only way to the train. The train is literally 5 minutes from the house. We ended up spending 50,00 euros in shuttle service.
Overall, though it was one of the nicest places we stayed and now that I have been there and know how it works I would just be prepared and plan accordingly! Would definitely go back, in fact I wish we could've stayed longer!
