The owner, Jean-Pierre, was a charming and wonderful host, looking after our every need. Communication was excellent, the villa was in a great location and was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend. "

The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here."

"We loved this house. It is a steep walk up from the life of old town so you are right there but somehow feel away from it when you enter the property. The house is over 100 years old and has been in Corinne's family for generations. You can tell it is loved. It was modernized recently so you have a historic home with modern touches. The kitchen was well used and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable (great pillows and mattress). The water pressure was OK and temperature great...

"We had a wonderful restful holiday for our anniversary in this property. It was extremely well appointed with all that you would need. It was very clean and well presented. The owner, Marc, was very helpful and friendly. We were within a short walk of a large supermarket and a lovely fish restaurant. I highly recommend this property and I know that Marc would make sure that all was well for you. He is so pleasant."

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...
