It is a bit of a walk into the main town and, being Positano, involves many stairs so just be aware of that. "We stayed 4 nights at Residence Due Torri- it was nice to be in one place for awhile after bouncing from stay to stay. The front desk was very helpful when we had the untimely loss of a phone on a bus- they made several phone calls in our stead, & we actually got the phone back when it turned up at the local police station! As for the room, it was very nice with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to save some money by having breakfasts in the studio after hitting the local supermarket...

"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi."
