“great value for money”

Great price for an overnight stay - excellent breakfast, good facilities in room and verynew looking bathroom. Friendly staff. Drawbacks: hard to find - its stuck between Costa Coffee and Somerfields and not very visible from the road. Parking - very limited Hotel parking - but large public car park next door - do need to pay if leaving after 8am (and when I was there the parking attendant was there writing out tickets at 08:10...) but it only costs ten pence for 2 hours so you would be a fool not to!

Good selection of food for breakfast. Coffee and tea served hot which is great.

Value for money, breakfast was excellent. Rooms and hallways were being re decorated while we were their so condition of hotel was a little under par but was only temporary. Good position for restaurants and transport.

Only stayed one night. Service was friendly but a little over-streached on a busy night. Room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Good for the price.

“Britannia Hotel (Man U trip)”

Stayed here overnight after watching a Manchester United Match. Good clean hotel that had everything we needed. A simple "no frills" hotel w/ decent rooms inc. TV, free WIFI and a good bathroom. Hotel has a good bar, where they serve an English Breakfast buffet in the Morning. Hotel is about 15 mins away from Old Trafford Stadium and in a nice quiet part of Altrincham. Hotel also offers great parking right outside of the Hotel. Well recommended!

It is a good,clean and comfortable hotel,and very good value for money.

“Good value for the Manchester airport”

Hotel could do with a makeover but it was convenient for Manchester airport (15 minutes). It also had family rooms which was perfect for us. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Quite a bit of outside noise at night.

The list starts with:- Unclean Toilets full of CR** Cups stuck to Saucers Phones covered in something sticky!! Window frame covered with mould Sofa in bar area badly torn hanging open Overall not the best of hotel experiences . will not stay again.
