“Spot On For The Money”

We selected the hotel based on price and other reviews we found on the internet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at check in. (Allowed us to check in early as the rooms were ready) Room clean and well serviced during our stay. Restaurant offered good selection of well prepared food at all times. The underground parking was very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again.

“GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY”

Very nice clean hotel in a good location.The buffet style restaurant was fine for breakfast but a bit too much like a canteen in the evening for our liking. Having said that the choice of food for both breakfast and evening meal was brilliant. I would not recommend this hotel for younger people or families.Fine for 50's plus.

“happy have booked 4th visit for new year”

I need to be in Levante area to be near family who live in this area of Benidorm, The pool was freezing in November and not recomended but what can you expect. Hotel advertises some sky TV channels, not availuble in my room but the maintance man soon sorted, English films in Spain YES . Full board was no problem as asked for a packed lunch each night for the following day to take with me when saw the family. I would have prefered to have eaten my evening meal earlier than 19.30 -21.30 but was able to work round this. I ahve been 3 times before and already booked 4th visit for new year. Brenda

“family visit”

for a small hotel it was well run and good value food was good if a bit limited for choice bar was very good value with happy hour all day

“cannot choose your neighbours”

had a good stay only complaint was the person in the adjoining room snored and was so loud it kept me awake the first night ,My new radio on low helped during the rest of the stay. Have stayed 5 or 6 times during the last year while visiting family in Benidorm and never had a problem before.

“Nice, clean, quiet”

Didn't spend too much time in hotel, but breqakfast was good (always out for evening meal!) Hotel was pretty full but seemed quiet and well located near to beach and bars. Downside was expensive access to safe in room(2euros/day)!!
