“The Delfim - you just can't beat the location !”

Have been staying at the Delfim on and off for over 25 years, always excellent service and friendly helpful staff. The hotel has lovely ground and gardens with plenty of sunbathing space around the pool and the sea views are second to none. The hotel has an A La Carte restaurant which is really worth trying and the pool snack bar also offers an excellent lunchtime choice.

“Excellent!!!”

An excellent stay once again. The room is comfortable and cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast. The views from the veranda of the sea and beach are incredible. The breakfast is a buffet and contains everything you could think of and usually some things you didn't! A steady if challenging walk into Alvor and plenty of excellant restaurants to choose from. Can't wait until we go back next year.

“Would go back to the Delfim Praia Alvor”

Because of overbooking we were trans to the Delfim Praia Hotel, 5 star, so the above review relates to that hotel. Only prob was hotel guests 'reserving' the sunbeds from very early and not actually using them till quite late in the day thereby preventing use by other clients. Beautiful location. Bar snacks/meals and drinks too expensive in hotel.

“looking forward to the next time”

Although a bit outdated, the hotel is beautifully maintained and cleaned. The gardens are excellent and the views to die for! Breakfast is fantastic and sitting on the terrace to eat it in October is a big bonus. This is our fifth time to this hotel and once again it didn't disappoint.

“Delphim Alvor”

If you want a quiet holiday out of season with lovely coastal scenery this is a really good place to stay. Food in the hotel dining room tends to lack authenticity and is a bit pricey, but there are plenty of good, inexpensive restaurants in the area including the local beach cafes.

“Ready to book for the next holiday!”

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovley hotel which is conveniently located for the village of Alvor, in walking distance, as well as being by the beach with great sea views. The reason we booked was for my son to play golf so having the driving range on site was even better - it gave me time to myself to read or go to the gym! We are already planning our next stay and I have advised one of my work colleages to go and stay at this hotel already!!
