"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

"The property was fun to stay in. However, it needed a good clean. The floors were very dirty, you would walk about and have black feet after. Crumbs and bits of food around the kitchen floor. Cupboards were sticky. From when the last person stopped (check out 11 am) and we weren’t allowed to check in till 16:00. I cannot see what was done to the property in this time. There was old happy birthday confetti on the floor. Also, there was washing left in the washing machine. The oven smelled of gas...

"A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! Everything was well appointed and easy to find, loved the en suite wet room. The chickens provided unexpected entertainment and the neighbouring sheep and alpacas were very chill. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."
