“Excellent hotel, definetely recommend it.”
The Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff very friendly, housekeeping even left personal notes wishing us a happy stay, very nice detail. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again. Maybe the only inconvenience is that the WIFI connection is a bit slow, but for the rest, everything was excellent. I stayed there while I was taking the New York Bar Exam and the overall experience was excellent. Also it is located next to a 24hrs. Denny's which was very convenient.

I recently booked this hotel for a trip to visit relatives in area and were referred by them to this spot. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor, cleanliness and friendly staff. My children loved the pool and in room movies. Check in was a breeze and every staff member I encountered had a smile and willingness to assist me.I was also happy to find how close the hotel is to stores, movies, minigolf and various restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay again when visiting the area.

Hotel was Clean and staff was was very friendly. Ample parking and close to highway and stores. As a soldier me and my fellow soldiers found this hotel to be extremely accommodating.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I was not familiar with the Fairfield Inn Brand--now I'm a convert. Modern facility, updated rooms, fresh bedding, and clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I appreciated the full breakfast and wide selection; fruit and yogurt to balance the homemade waffles! I picked the hotel for its proximity to cross-country skiing. I recommmend it to others and would stay again. Fairfield Inn offers a great value.

Great hotel in a location about 5min from downtown albany. Many places to eat and a shopping mall nearby. Right off an interstate also.
“Best bang for your buck.”
I stayed for one night on Labor day weekend 2011 for my wife and I my 2 little kids (double bed room). I requested a Microwave and fridge, and the request was approved. Theres a Dennys next to this hotel and its open 24 hours. Show your key card and you get 10% off your bill, my kids ate free because it was Saturday night. The hotel offered free fresh popped popcorn most of the night and has fresh coffee all day and night. I picked up the Sunday paper in the morning and ate till I was stuffed for the breakfast buffet in the morning (open from 7am-10am. Check out is 12 noon). I used the laundry machines (coin operated, free soap) the machines worked well. I used the Ice machine and it worked well. I was'nt able to use the pool because it was closed due to the weather. The desked is manned 24 hours. The entire staff thought out all shifts were very friendly. There is also a Craker Barrel located next to this hotel. My only complaint is the drain to the shower was very slow, and one the the lamps next to the bed did'nt work. (Room 410) This was'nt a big deal to me so I informed the front desk of these issues when I checked out. The bottom line is I recieved so much for my money, it was fantaistic. The cost per person was around very low (I saved by not buying, 8 bags of popcorn, 8 cups of coffee, soap for the laundery, Sunday paper, and breakfast for all 4 of us. Free internet with printer in the lobby) = BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
