"We were greeted by staff straight away as we arrived and checked in very quickly and given all relevant information. Our room was very basic and I think would benefit from some drawers for unpacking and storing smaller items beside the bed or under the TV. However, it was super comfortable and definately enough space! We visited the pool and spa which was nice and quiet without many others in there. Breakfast on both mornings was wonderful! "It’s in the middle of Liverpool one, so there are a lot of shops are restaurants within minutes which was very nice! The hotel itself was good. Easy check in/check out process. We had an issue with our shower, but the lady at the front desk was swift in contacting maintenance. It was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The main road is quite noisy, but they have double pained windows that do a good job of blocking out the noise. It is very close to the train station, about a 5-7 minute...
