quality of service/staff from valet to room service was outstanding. Room was equisite, we will be staying ONLY at Rendezvous in the future

we had a wonderfull time the hotel staff could not be more helpfull,the hotel is conviently located so we could walk the streets to the attractions in the city with no trouble at all. room was good with a great bath room and full size bath which was wonderfull after a day out site seeing

We were extremely pleased with the Rendezvous. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Beautiful, stylish and modern decor. All the things needed were provided. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not try it but walked two blocks to the main restaurant strip where there is a wide choice of menus. Two blocks the other way is Rundell Mall for shopping and the river etc is also within easy walking distance. Park yourself in the adjacent car park for half the price of the valet parking if you're not going in and out a lot. Would certainly recommend the hotel for location, comfort and style.

“Love this hotel!!”

This hotel is located in a great spot close to everything. The only thing that brought this hotel down a little was the noise from outside garbage trucks and Friday/Saturday night revelers down on the street. Everything about this hotel was absolutely first class! I was there for 6 days (of which 4 were for business purposes) and I was impressed with all the staff who went out of their way to make my stay a good one. Even the cleaners were very helpful and friendly and always said hello when I saw them. The room was excellent with fantastic views of the city and the hills and having the balcony to stand on was also a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Definiately worthy of its 5 star rating. Congratulations to all the staff you are a credit to this hotel.

Accommodation was good and the service of the staff, especially the Concierges, was excellent - they were only keen to help ALL the time and went out of their way - what a pleasure

My room was modern and everything was in good working order and well maintained. I also thought the room was a good value. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

“would like to see an adult classification”

The only issue I had with this hotel was the 4 children running around the restaurant with cameras flashing all the time. We dressed up as we were going to a 5 star restaurant and the couple with the four children had trackie dacks on - def not 5 star clients! We underatnd the need/ desire to bring kids along, but for 114.00 for dinner we were there anout 45 mins and retreated quickly once our meal was over.

Not set up for allergies - had to have bedding changed to non-down, non-feather. Otherwise, good location in downtown, close to Victoria Square and downtown free bus service. Service was good and restaurant food was good. Very comfortable rooms.
