When I booked the apartment I did not realise that it was a privately managed apartment within the complex. Check in was a little tricky, had to call to meet the owner/manager and when we got there the property hadn’t been cleaned. Manager was very apologetic and then very helpful with suggestions on things to do. The main bed was a little uncomfortable, and some extra blankets are needed. For a serviced apartment there needs to be a compendium for the apartment, how to use the dishwasher, washing machine extra. Local restaurants, delivery services, where the closest supermarket is etc. We enjoyed our stay, however these are things that could certainly be improved.
