We were not aware of the extreme extra costs when we booked and that happened several times while in Fiji, speaking to other travelers they said the same. We spent nearly $700 USD for our 4 day stay and when we arrived so many extra charges at 11pm charges in American came to $900 USD. It was a nice stay the beach wasn’t really clear or to swimmable and really that’s all you want when you travel halfway around the world. Everything else was nice. Just BEWARE of half of dozen extra costs when you arrive.

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the price This resort may have a good reputation overseas, but our actual experience was completely different. For US$528 for just one night, the standard of accommodation and service was nowhere near what we expected. The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The sheets and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and there were ants crawling around the pillows and bed. There were also mosquitoes inside the room, and I ended up with swollen feet from mosquito bites. For a resort charging this much per night, this level of cleanliness and pest control is simply unacceptable. The billing experience was another major concern. We had dinner at the resort the night before checking out and, as we always do, asked for and received a receipt. However, when we checked out, the final amount was higher. We were told that we had ordered a Coke, we did not order or consume a Coke. When we produced the receipt we had been given, it was not properly acknowledged. This was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the billing process. My strong advice to anyone staying here: keep every receipt, ask for it to be signed or properly confirmed, and carefully check your final bill before paying. Do not assume that the resort's own receipts will automatically be accepted when you check out. The reception service was also very disappointing. Staff were extremely slow, and the computer system
