A real disappointment - paid more to stay at Peppers than the Mantra; a nice place for 2 nights and was let down by the staff, and lack of service. Check in was far more difficult than it needed to be. Booking via Wotif seemed to be a problem for the staff with payment and identification.
The room was great! Service was not, we ducked back mid morning to get changed and room service came - we got clean towels, and a minibar audit. No minibar top up.
WiFi was TERRIBLE - unusable. Traveling Friday and Saturday nights, I had work to do Friday on arrival and had to gout outside the room near the lift to get 5G. I asked reception for an access code for one of the locked WiFi networks and was told I needed to be attending a conference
