The staff were wonderful! They accommodate to our needs and are so friendly !

The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone. Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. It is by far the best accommodation in the area. The only negative thing would be to people with mobility issues, due to the steepness of the steps. One absolutely amazing place to stay.

Staff were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. VIP room had a huge deck with jacuzzi amd sensational view across the Mediterranean

This hotel is fantastic and I hope to come back next year. The rooms are very clean and a comfortable size, and the balconies are lovely to relax on. The staff is very kind and always very quick to help when asked. The private beach is great and it's only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely views, pool and clean apartment!

Jelena is the hotel attendant and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are nice and staff was friendly. The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect. Day cruisers do invade for few hours but once they leave Perast it is quaint and quiet. Great restaurants (we loved Eho) to choose from from local food to more adventurous offerings. Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging. October parking is free. The value is great and Perast is a beautiful place. Close enough to Kotor yet much less busy. Bus stops by parking lot which is a quick ride to Kotor. Loved our stay!
