⭐️ (1/5) Hostile management, unacceptable property conditions, and aggressive booking tactics Do not stay here. We paid a premium nightly rate at Hotel Pansion Villa Antonio and were treated to awful service, uncleaned rooms, and aggressive behavior from the staff. The Transfer Bullying: We booked our airport transfer using a legitimate booking link sent to us directly by Expedia. Soon after, we spoke to a booking agent for the property who gave us an absolute attitude because we hadn’t booked directly through the hotel. He aggressively complained that the price we got was discounted and stated that they never do that. The hotel explained we should’ve booked through them at an outrageous premium per way. Because we refused, the management gave us passive-aggressive guilt trips for the rest of our stay, including making us feel unwelcome for organizing our own lifts to and from town. The Arrival Experience: When we arrived, they brought us to a room but awkwardly told us to wait outside while they "checked" it. When we walked in, we realized why: it was old, uncleaned, and smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Luckily for us, the air conditioning was broken, so they were forced to move us to a different room. Zero Housekeeping: During our entire stay, our room was never serviced. The bed covers were never changed even though we ask, the trash was left full, and sheets were never changed. They did a quick towel swap on day two, but only because we outrightly asked.

Loved this property. Pools everywhere. Lots of places to lounge. Good food. A gym and a spa free for guests. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to report.

Very nice clean and spacious rooms with stunning views. We didn’t eat any meals there except breakfast. Convenient location - amazing swimming, relaxed environment and a short uber ride to old town.

We are a group of 4 including 2 adult children. The accomodation is a few steps from the main road which is a plus as you can not hear the vehicles passing. First impression is new, clean, plenty of light.It has plenty of space for 4 of us. 2 double beds, with kitchenette, small fridge and even a washing machine. The shower & AC is strong. About 15 to 18 minutes on foot to go to PILE gate depending on your pace. But you can also take bus 8 if you have problems walking. We walk everyday to get to Old town. The accomodation is near a beach 15 to 18 minutes on foot. Just be aware that getting to the beach or Pile Gate on foot , you have to manage stairs.There is a bakery with fresh croissant , ciabatta & pizza every day ,grocery store, bus stop and a cafe few steps away. The accomodation is 2km/5 mins away from bus terminal by car. If you take the bus with approx 5 stops, it cost 7.50 euro. Uber cost me 8 euro. Alexandra , the hostess is very helpful. On the first day she briefed us on where to get stuff and where to go.She constantly update me about the check in process, the bus to take even few days before our arrival. She also had tips where to eat depending on type of cuisine you want. She even told me the address to use as pick up point for uber. I'll rate Alexandra , the hostess as 11/10. Will highly recommend this place for a family or friends on a budget like us. Value for money for such a good accomodation. It is very accessible to all things you will need.

Great hotel. The island has no shops to speak of which proved to be a disaster when my airline failed to deliver my bag. Fortunately the staff managed to sort an emergency purchase for me using a connection on the island. Outstanding service, many thanks!
