Northern Rivers Yoga Holidays

We enjoyed our stay at the Oaks Casuarina Resort. However we feel general upkeep and maintenance of the property has dwindled somewhat over the past few years. Some of the timber railings and stairs need sanding and a fresh coat of finish, the roof tiles are looking faded and weathered in places and the spa surrounding tiles had some mould. The cupboard door to our room fridge didn’t shut properly, there was a stain on the rug and the dryer didn’t dry clothes/towels despite following the instructions carefully. However the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. This is our third stay in three years and we were a little disappointed.

Lovely cosy suite with everything you need. Brilliant location close to town and the beach. What a brilliant place.

Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night. The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way. Other than this, I would definitely come back for a long stay.

Good wee spot, can't complain whatsoever. 10/10. Fun fact, it's the Inbetweeners hostel. Legit only realised this when I rocked up. One thing I would recommend is some recycling bins.
