The front staff was friendly. The room was adequate.
We read about this Ascot online and it was not as put forth, said one could walk to the cruise port, and there was breakfast. Neither are true, it was an outdated website.
Traveller beware of wrong not up to date web pages.

Location was excellent - close to all the southbank attractions and restaurants.
while apartment facilities met expectations -
accomodation was tired eg. dirty carpets; torn curtain and calcified shower screens ....it actally needed a detail clean.
