The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, the nearby bars played loud music until around 4am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room was also noticeably dusty in a few places.

The nightclub across the alley from this location played extremely loud music all night making it impossible to sleep. We were lucky to have an alternate room arranged for us at midnight on Friday, other families were not so fortunate. The assistant told us they have complained multiple times to Darwin council only to be ignored. If you book a room, be sure to insist on one away from the club. The new room were had was very quiet and made the rest of our stay pleasant.

Hotel os convenient.. the room I was in the Novetel was airport side had the bins being emptied early, noise hard to sleep after long flight , we bought dinner from the restaurant 2 nights and both times we did a pick up we were missing food or it was not what we ordered and the staff had no idea no communication between them. Have stayed in better, great if you have children BAD if you need sleep after flights . Packet of potatoe chips $7 from reception … come on ..!!!

The upgrade to the executive floor was worth the extra cost.

Room was nice, was tidy but lots of cleaning products left on shelves and looked like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while, some appliances were faulty. Ideal location very central and close to everything - check in was easy enough but the parking was a bit confusing and the chat bot on the made comfy app wasn’t very helpful. Over all was a good stay and worth the price.
