Mostly had great staff interactions - namely Amber, George, Mariah, and Denisse. Room was big which I appreciated. Coffee and food was solid too.

Liked the view -you can see Hollywood sign! And evening view😍 Bit complicated to find reception-you are arriving to a an elevator hall and need to go to flour 34 for reception and then using another elevator go down to your rooms. Pool was closing up way too early - 2PM during weekend! Kids were very sad( Breakfast was expensive for what it is: very few protein options, but offering soup?!…

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the staff — everyone was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice

A bit of serenity in the middle of the busy city. The room was clean, crisp and comfortable. Parked right out front. Had a wonderful experience.

Was told we would have access to bar even though there was a party scheduled for the bar/restaurant. We were told we could not enter bar until 8:00pm. We tried again at approx, 10pm, and got in. 25% was not deducted from the z
