Tomoga Island Yoga Holidays

Having a shuttle to Kyoto Station was very helpful. I do wish it started running earlier than 9am as so many of the attractions get busy before that time and getting there early is important. Otherwise, this hotel was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Kyoto! I would stay again.

For the short couple of days I was in Kyoto, I quite enjoyed my stay. Staff were relatively patient and understanding, especially with the ever-present language barrier. The hotel itself is a bit far from everything, so transportation is sort of difficult, but otherwise, I had a great stay.

Fantastic stay. Super clean, super modern, super nice hotel room...the only thing that sucks is the accommodation fee, or whatever it's called for when you check in and there's a stupid fee you have to pay. I already paid for the hotel stay, I shouldn't have to pay even more money for no reason. Luckily I had already heard about that Japanese hotels do that, because if I hadn't heard about it, we wouldve chosen another hotel that doesn't make their paying customers pay a stupid fee on top of the hotel fee.

Fantastic hotel next door to a shopping centre with a couple of floors of restaurants and places to eat. This was especially handy for us as we were there during the rainy season in summer and dinner was literally next door. The bar was also amazing great place to wind down after a long day of walking in the rain - incredible views over Osaka! The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommend

We have an amazing week in Kyoto. We were so happy that we chose Six Senses among all the hotels available. We love the small boutique hotels and this one is a gem. The architecture and interior design is stunning. Our bedroom was exquisite. We loved the black out shades, the super comfortable bed, and the understated luxury of the decor. Personally, I loved the deep onsen bathtub in our room that I used every night before bed. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious. We looked forward to it every morning. The staff was simply outstanding. They helped us hail taxis, call stores, set up luggage delivery, make reservations. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.
