Good front desk service

This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value.

Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.

No A/C only heater. But the staff responded FAST w/a portable one. Toilet was a little plugged and they attended to it IMMEDIATELY! Staff here are exceptional!

Room is clean, staff are friendly! The shuttle bus to Osaka station is convenient, but if you take airport bus and try to transit onto hotel bus, it is not easy to find it! The breakfast price is little over price!

We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend Recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I must say the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived around 11pm due to a delayed flight and lengthy train ride. The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk lady was able to help me figure out how to get to Sumoto on Awaji Island, which made the day trip much easier. The view from the hotel room was very nice as well. Hotel is well situated with the subway below the hotel as well as having a grocery store in the basement which was extremely convenient. We were also about a 10-15 minute walk from where most of the tour buses meet up as well, an added bonus. Room was on the small side but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. I have friends going to Japan in February and I’ll be highly recommending this hotel to them. When I return to Japan I will definitely be staying at this hotel.
