Very close to train stations.

Had to upgrade room as the default allocation was too small for 2 travellers wuth bags.

Breakfast was good clean hotel nice staff and good pool

We loved this property. The room was elegant and roomy. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better for applying makeup.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Next time I plan to stay a bit more central in Shinsaibashi, even though the hotel is very close to the area I would like to feel like more a part of the action. I really enjoyed the hustle and bustle in Shinsaibashi and when staying here felt like I was bit more out of the action with all of the fancy shops in and around the hotel’s building. If you are looking to stay in a high end hotel then this is a great option.

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

Location is good for a hotel with relatively affordable price. Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Coin laundry needs improvement on cleanliness.

Affordable and close to Dotonbori. The staff seemed a bit stressed but the views were spectacular.
