The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

Thank you very much ! The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay. Great location and helpful staff

We loved this hotel! The room was lovely with a great view of the city. The food of the restaurant was delicious! The spa was super nice! The pool is a bit small but we couldn't even swim because it was raining. Still a beautiful view! Public transportation very close

Generally, we enjoyed our stay at Lebua. The staff were extremely friendly. However, we were extremely frustrated with the operation of the television in our room. It would often glitch, send messages about the connection, wouldn’t turn on or off or just froze. We did notify the front desk and they did send a technician each time for a total of three times on three separate occasions. Finally on our last night, the television stopped working altogether. When we notified the front desk ONCE again about the same issue over the last ten days we spent at the hotel, we asked to speak with the manager at check out. We were informed by a manager, should we decide to return to Lebua in the future we would somehow be compensated. For the price of this hotel it is unacceptable to be inconvenienced by a faulty television. I think we should be compensated with some expense taken off the total of our bill.

We had a 10 star experience!!! This was the last stop on a lengthy celebration trip and it couldn't have been better. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, more space than we needed, but the most memorable experience! The view! The service! The breakfast! The lounge upgrade is worth it too!

My entire experience at the hotel was a 10 out of 10. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast and it’s various options were a 10 out of 10. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this oasis. The first 3 days I did not leave the resort, and my last day they had to drag me out of there. Lol.

Even though I only spent one night, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The room was spacious too! The convenience of being near the airport was an added bonus!

At first when we arrived, it looked really nice and smelled very nice but when we got to our room on the 8th floor, the A/C was not working family and dining room areas. The master shower was leaking water below the glass into our toilet area, and all 3 beds were as hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on a sheet of thick plywood, VERY uncomfortable. We also had a loud disturbance above us that sounded like adults slamming doors and them fighting. They did move us to another room on the first floor and were very helpful and considerate in our needs. On the first night, I ate at their "Fountain" restaurant and I got serious food poisoning for 3 days and counting but the first two I was very weak. The staff was as helpful as they could be given the poor conditions of the rooms.
