Very easy access to and from LAX

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

We love staying here. Staff are all Incredible and the atmosphere is lovely.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy Hollywood and other neighboring touristy things. However, the rooms aren't very sound-proofed and this is not the sound from the music from the rooftop or ground floor but sound coming through other rooms. Overall the experience was good for a one-time visit.

The location and safety including the politeness and good customer service experience. However, the lack of provision for breakfast meals to customer is to say tge least, not encouraging and disappointing.

Luxe accommodations, amazing staff! I wish the restaurant menus had better kid options and the pool had more towels but those were tiny things. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable staying at the Conrad! Will return next time I’m in DTLA
