"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

"We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). Next time in Oybin, we will choose a different place, sorry"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant und modernem sehr aufwendigen Wellnessbereich. Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfügen auch weder über einen Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. "The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm."

"Someone waited for us to check in after hours. They were very helpful. The rooms were very large and excellent for a family of four. Beautiful grounds. Like staying back in time. Nice walk along the river/border. Rooms were freezing. The heating didn't work."
