The room was old. The staff was impolite in a few cases. We did not like the breakfast buffet at all.

Amazing apartment!! Gorgeous property with fantastic ocean views. The property was clean and plenty of towels provided and everything needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and clean. Parking space provided. There is a small shop in walking distance and larger supermarket (will need to drive). Plenty of restaurants and food stalls in the area. Great area for snorkeling, lots of colourful fish. The water isnt too deep in the day, so you can swim out. Lovely pool which was cleaned every morning. Lovely friendly ladies who cleaned for us. Would recommend this property for an amazing stay in Mauritius.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! Good hotel, decent food options from half board package

We stayed at villas for 8 days, 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby. Access to beach was excellent, less than a minute walk. Beautiful beach. Room was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Villa manager and everybody at villa were so polite, friendly and helpful. There was some misunderstanding on how halfboard pricing works, but it was not a big issue. If villa can explain more detail such as what are the menu and price for adult and children, there would be less confusion. Food quality was good, we all enjoyed. I would like to say thank you to all the villa staff for kind support during the stay. The service qualtiy was excellent as what other people rated.

Beautiful beach, gardens and accommodation. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff Good food with variety of options. Very quiet and relaxing.
