Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. In the afternoons, we loved the complimentary drinks and snacks—it was such a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better, everything is walkable and just steps away from Waikiki Beach. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and outstanding customer service, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Waikiki! 🌺✨

Beautiful resort - peaceful beach, quiet rooms, multiple options for relaxing in the sun and/or shade and accessing water for a cool dip. The Canoe restaurant is absurdly overpriced. A glass of cab wine for $38 and standard cocktails at $27? We easily hit $450 after tip for two people. Good luck finding an ice machine - one per floor and hidden away in a staff only closet. The beach scene is wonderful - as was the beach waitstaff. The early morning water excursions were great. Skip the Luau - it felt like a large format wedding tucked back behind the hotel away from the water/no view of the sunset. However, if you really want the luau experience, pay up for the VIP tickets for superior seating and open bar.

The property was good. The grounds were exceptional. Staff was nice. We stayed in Napua tower and that was nice. Less people but not sure it’s worth the extra $.

I love this property. The beach access, the staff, the pools (adult pool) totally make the price tag worth it. The food could use a little love, its not bad but not great. Best food options are definitely outside of this hotel.

I almost want to give a bad review to keep ot a secret. Amazing. Expectations were not only met but exceeded. Mahalo

Design wise was little 2012…remodel was 2014-2015. outdated tv etc Partial ocean view interior differes BIG time vs “Celebration” ( website pics 2023)! Room is big, layout is odd: SHOWER is IN YOUR WALK IN WARDROBE!!! LOL ( unworn ruined silk clothes on day two) uncomfy bed. Service was inconsistent (from great to mediocre, depended on the person) big tips didn’t help. heavy on honeymooners, no cool vibe in the hotel, introverts. PROS: open air gym, sunset views, pancakes, birds and mini jungle feel. cons: concierge/front desk was dial broken. everything is an add on, u r cool if u want to $$$. newer cars (Mercedes and Range Rover were not available Lol), restaurant room service was OK and 90 min wait. Unfortunately hotel didn’t do it for me in 2025

I loved it here. Beware, it's valet parking only. Like $40 something a night. I didn't mind though, it made parking a breeze. Luana was close to lots of shops and restaurants. Loved the staff. Very welcoming and always ready to serve. The elevators take long.
