Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

I liked everything about The 1000 Kyoto. Right near Kyoto Station, lots of restaurant options close by. Rooms, staff and breakfast wonderful. Always a cab waiting. We had so much fun in Kyoto, and Japan as a whole. Magical.

The experience was THE BEST, the service couldn't have been better. Even though we were there for 1 night it was one of the best hotel experiences. The room was so luxurious, clean, and tidy. They also gave us many gifts! The bar was awesome it was the best mood and relaxing. The staff were so polite and helpful every time we needed a taxi they would call them, and they made great interactions with the kids! Thank you six senses.
