They Don’t Offer Room Service Which Is Insane Considering The High Profile Of The Hotel. Room was amazing but no housekeeping the whole weekend. I Jus Didnt Expect Average Service. Wasnt Bad Just Average.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The Vills was great !!!! So nice and very clean. Everything was updated and fairly new except TVs. Owner needs two new TVs. The screens are very dark. Can tell they are starting to go out.

The property was fine, but despite the title in the listing it did not have a view of the Sphere. Additionally, the owner had entered the wrong date for my reservation in the system the 13th rather than the 3rd so I was unable to check-in. Efforts to contact the owner failed so I had to talk to expedia who worked with the property managers to find a workaround.

The sky suites are a great way to do Vegas. Quiet when you go to your room. Clean. Aria has a better crowd too.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

My stay at The Colony Palms had some highlights aesthetically, but overall the service and experience did not live up to expectations...especially given the price point. At check-in, the staff wasn’t very informative about the amenities or property layout. We were offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch in theory, but the glasses weren’t clean, so we didn’t actually get to enjoy it until later in the evening. The biggest disappointment was the pool service. It consistently took about 25 minutes to get drinks from the bar, and there was no staff bringing orders to guests. This happened multiple times. On top of that, there were no chairs available for me and my boyfriend either morning because they were all claimed by around 8 a.m., which made it difficult to enjoy the main amenity we were looking forward to. Pool towels ran out by 12 when we got to the pool, so we didn't get towel right away either. There wasnt even a lot of people in the pool area for it to seem overwhelming for the staff. Food quality was also underwhelming. While staff were passing out popsicles poolside, they only made it to about a quarter of the guests, which felt inconsistent and poorly managed. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but for the price, the service fell short. Between the slow pool service, lack of seating, and uneven hospitality, the experience felt overpriced and not worth the cost. I wouldn’t return unless there were major improvements to service and guest experience.

A fun vibe with lots of extra activities offered. Kings Highway breakfast was delicious and morning grab and go coffee was fast and good!
