The staff and service was excellent. The room was spacious, up to date, and had an excellent balcony and view.
The HVAC was a bit frustrating. No way to turn it off.
We will definitely stay here again

We arrived in the evening in the dark due to flight delays. The road and signs are so dark we had an extremely hard time finding the lodge even after returning to the main entrance to get better directions. Everything else about the facility was wonderful but would greatly benefit from some lighted signs with more direction or maybe send a bell to the entrance to guide arrivals in the dark.

We’ve stayed at several Sedona hotels and this one was a gem. Tucked off of downtown, with amazing views. Staff was very friendly, grounds were very well kept and the VIP perk was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!
