Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.

Room was nice and clean. Little bit of wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Room service breakfast was ok. Not hot and pancakes were dry and not enough syrup. Also took 45 min to get.
Spa and hotel were great!

The room was almost perfect. The toilet would leak down and refill constantly. We were so exhausted that we never reported it, just kept the bathroom door closed all night. Staff was amazing, especially Rafeal. He.d deserves a raise!
