Most everything was a great experience, kids were disappointed that the pool was not available due to construction which they didn't find out until we arrived. And the new tip policy forces you to have to tip everyone equally, even if you didn't receive great service from everyone. But all in all I must say the renovations are beautiful and most staff are welcoming. I would recommend New Coast for a memorable experience.
