The gym and pool are lovely - the hot tub leaves a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the location is exceptional.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff! Overall we had a good stay at the Century Plaza hotel.
The hotel room was a little older but clean. It had a kitchen, sink, oven, and full fridge.
No desk in room.
Giant tv and it had all the apps if you want to log into your account. Just remember to log out of your account because it looks like it does not reset. “Dan’s” Netflix account (previous guest) was still logged in. Don’t worry we logged him out.
Fridge had some old spills in it that was not cleaned from previous guests. Cupboards and fridge are were a little older. But clean.
Bathroom - Personally, I have a thing about bathrooms and the bathroom was a little older, a little in need of repair, and a little gross for me personally - compared to MY PERSONAL bathroom hotel standards.
It was a clean bathroom …. just a little old, had some rust and mildew. I just don’t look too closely and I am ok.
Pool area was in the basement, not heated, and no hot tub. The showers in the pool area had mildew and mold. But was well stocked with shower need and towels were clean. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot.
I did not use the gym this visit but it looked great. Again it was in the basement.
I have platinum EXPEDIA status but was not offered an upgrade at all.
Parking is great. - if you have a car.
A good hotel, and perfect location. I did not mind it because the main purpose was just to sleep in it. We were always out and about during the day.
I would stay here again. :)

Room was fine, the shower was a bit touchy. Shower temperature was difficult to control and would change without manually adjusting it. Ordered room service, food arrived pretty quickly and hot, but the glass they delivered was dirty.
