I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent. Location & Value: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making commuting effortless. For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money. Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here. Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths. The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Great hotel! The place was clean and fresh and I love the fact the bathrooms have a bidet. We came during a heat wave but the Air Con was strong and our room was nice and chilly. Also, I really love the fact that there's a 24 hour convenience store on the first floor so I can get snacks and drinks if need be.

A strange hotel. A beautiful lobby but the room was poorly maintained with stained grouting between tiles, dents, scratches all over. Stains on the leather chairs etc. I would rate the room level as a tired European Novotel (4 star). This was in a double deluxe. We arrived early (0930) and were offered a room for approximately £250 through to 3pm. (The room rate we paid was around £220). However we were then offered a room at 1pm without charge. Fair enough that they want to charge something, but with plenty of empty rooms it feels a bit punitive to hold a family with a pregnant lady for a few hours at a five star hotel. The bathroom is all made with glass walls (partly frosted) which is awkward as noises travel and just odd. Location is good with the Lotte mall (huge duty free section) and City Hall on the door step.

One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection.
