Front desk staff informed us that the Pool was under construction at check in and we could walk three blocks to another pool. Was unable to change reservation and rebook elsewhere. Both the hotel and expedia blamed each other.
Hotel floors were not clean and the carpets are very old with dated rooms.
The only bright spot was a friendly/helpful door man.

This is a great hotel!
Staff during all day parts was amazing! Bartender was friendly all the time!
This is a great location a few steps away from bourbon street, yet far enough from the madness.
