Our room was on the second floor right next to the stairway. The stairway door closing was extremely loud both late in the evening and early in the morning. Additionally, the carpet on the stairway was torn. The coffee was empty at breakfast and not much in the way of food. Thankfully, McDonalds was next door. We complained but staff acted like it was no big deal.

My grand daughter left her stuffed unicorn that she has had since birth. I called the office and they had found it. The nice lady at the desk held it till we came back through after vacation a week later. Life saver.

Horrible

Horrible. The manager was outside letting their kids ride bikes in the area where cars enter and depart. Had to park as the manager never even made an effort to move the kids. They advise breakfast. If you consider coffee and toast breakfast then you will be happy. However if you expect more you will hate it. The entire experience was awful. Not only will I never go there again I will be unlikely to use any in that chain Hotels.com should do a better job screening places they allow to advertise

Thank you for being there for us.

We have stayed here the last couple of years in our yearly travels. It is 1/2 to our destination and have learned that the service is always very pleasant. Staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and all around an extra plus, especially the night clerk. She was awesome! Keep up the good work.

A Nice Room as a Decent Price

I stayed there with a friend for two nights while we ran two local marathons (Mainly Marathons Riverboat Series). The room was large, clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice (good pressure) and the TV, fridge and microwave all worked.

The room was much better than the one we got a week later but there was a family, I'm guessing, upstairs, with baby and small kids screaming and romping til 1 am. No coffeemakers but coffee in the lobby, until it ran out. Very helpful and friendly staff. There are renovations going on at this time. Good place for the discounted price we paid.

My room was infested with roaches. Roaches were coming from the ceiling, the room had roach droppings & when nothing was even looked into when I notified the front desk, my granny & aunt were forced to ATTEMPT C to sleep with the lights on because they feared they would wake up with roaches crawling on them! I called early Saturday morning asking to be connected to my grandma’s room && was RUDELY told that that particular function wasn’t available on their cordless phone. So, I asked for a message to be relayed to my grandmother & to my surprise it never was! I am very unhappy with the customer service & experience I had with this property. I will be requesting a refund && will NOT be starting here again!
